Applicable fees, including management, trading, withdrawal, or performance fees, are transparently displayed within the Platform and may vary based on your selected investment product.
By using our Services, you authorize TradersHerald to automatically deduct all applicable fees from your account or investment proceeds.
You may deposit funds using payment channels approved by TradersHerald. Withdrawals are only processed to verified digital accounts in your name.
Processing times may vary due to network and compliance requirements.
TradersHerald may delay or suspend withdrawals in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Financing of Terrorism (CFT) regulations or as required by regulatory authorities.
TradersHerald is committed to protecting your personal and financial data in line with the International Data Protection Regulation (IDPR) and other applicable privacy laws.

Upon termination, any remaining funds will be remitted to your verified digital account, minus applicable fees, unless restricted by legal or compliance requirements.
You acknowledge and confirm that any investing account held with traders herald in which you have not placed any investment for a period greater than two months shall be classified by traders herald as an Inactive Account and further get blocked. You further agree that any Inactive Accounts, having zero balance/equity, may also be considered as Dormant Accounts and shall also be subject to cancellation of existing and/or unused Bonuses. For the reactivation of an Inactive and/or Dormant Account you must contact traders herald. The Inactive and/or Dormant Account will then be reactivated subject to, if required, up-to-date client identification documentation to be provided to TradersHerald.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of international financial operations.
Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration and the arbitral award shall be final and binding.
TradersHerald reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Updates become effective once published on the Platform.
You will be notified of significant updates via email alerts.
Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
